Arrive and swipe in at least 5 minutes before your class start time. This gives you time to set up and lets the instructor start on time. If you are running late, your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist, so let the team know if you can.

I can't get in to a class, how do I go on the waitlist?

If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist in the ROAR Active app. Open the class in the app and choose Join waitlist. If a spot opens up, you will be notified and moved into the class automatically. Keep an eye on your notifications so you do not miss your spot.

This is a dishonour fee. It is charged by our billing provider when a scheduled membership payment cannot be processed, usually because there were not enough funds available on the debit date.
