ROAR Active has several membership levels so you can choose the access that suits you. Arrive and swipe in at least 5 minutes before your class start time. This gives you time to set up and lets the instructor start on time. If you are running late, your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist, so let the team know if you can.
If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist in the ROAR Active app. Open the class in the app and choose Join waitlist. If a spot opens up, you will be notified and moved into the class automatically. Keep an eye on your notifications so you do not miss your spot.
If you have forgotten your ROAR Active login details: Password: use the "Forgot password" link on the member portal or app sign-in screen to reset it by email. This is a dishonour fee. It is charged by our billing provider when a scheduled membership payment cannot be processed, usually because there were not enough funds available on the debit date. Most ROAR Active memberships have no lock-in contract, so you can cancel at any time. Some plans have a short minimum term. Any plan without one can be cancelled whenever you like. Yes, there are lockers to store your belongings while you train. At Bibra Lake and Jandakot, bring your own padlock. At Canning Vale and Cockburn, the lockers are padlock-free. Lockers are for use during your visit only. Please take your belongings with you when you leave.
