What recovery facilities does ROAR Active have?

ROAR Active offers a range of recovery and wellness facilities to help you feel your best after training. Depending on the club, these can include:

  • Infrared sauna and traditional dry sauna.
  • Snow room and ice or cold plunge for cold exposure.
  • Steam room.
  • Contrast therapy (alternating hot and cold).
  • The OASIS, our premium recovery space.
  • Pools and poolside recovery at Bibra Lake.
