I got charged a $10 fee on top of my membership, why did this happen?

Why a dishonour fee can appear on top of a membership payment, how to avoid it, and where to find the current fee amount.

This is a dishonour fee. It is charged by our billing provider when a scheduled membership payment cannot be processed, usually because there were not enough funds available on the debit date.

  • To avoid it, make sure funds are available in your account on your billing dates.
  • If you think a fee was charged in error, contact Member Services via the help desk at roar.com.au/roar-help-desk.

The current fee amount and billing terms are set out in your membership terms and conditions: roar.com.au/terms-conditions.
