Can I cancel if I've moved house?

Cancelling because you've permanently relocated: complete the Help Desk form and provide proof of your new address. Distance terms in the T&Cs.

If you have permanently moved and can no longer get to a ROAR club, you may be able to cancel on relocation grounds.

  • Complete the form at roar.com.au/roar-help-desk and note that you have relocated.
  • You will need proof of your new address (for example a utility bill or a change-of-address notice).

There is a minimum distance from our clubs that applies, which is set out in your terms and conditions. If you are unsure, complete the form and the team will let you know.
