My payment details have changed, how do I update them?

How to update your bank or card details for ROAR Active membership payments, self-service in the member portal or app.

You can update your payment details yourself in the ROAR Active member portal or app.

  1. Log in to the ROAR Active member portal, or open the ROAR Active app.
  2. Go to Payment Settings.
  3. Add or update your bank account or card details and save.

If you have any trouble, contact Member Services via the help desk at roar.com.au/roar-help-desk, or speak to the team at your home club.
