My payment details have changed, how do I update them?
How to update your bank or card details for ROAR Active membership payments, self-service in the member portal or app.
You can update your payment details yourself in the ROAR Active member portal or app.
- Log in to the ROAR Active member portal, or open the ROAR Active app.
- Go to Payment Settings.
- Add or update your bank account or card details and save.
