How members can share feedback with ROAR Active, through the app, reception, or Member Services.
Your feedback helps us improve. There are a few ways to share it:
- Leave feedback directly in the ROAR Active app.
- Speak to reception or your Club Manager during staffed hours.
- For anything account-related, contact Member Services via the help desk at roar.com.au/roar-help-desk.
Every piece of feedback is passed to the relevant club or department.
