How do I freeze or put my membership on hold?

How to put your ROAR membership on hold, including a free medical freeze with evidence. Request via the Help Desk.

You can put your membership on hold for a period if you are unable to use ROAR Active for a while. A holding fee applies while your membership is frozen.

  • Request a freeze through the ROAR Help Desk at roar.com.au/roar-help-desk.
  • Allow a few days notice so we can process it, and make sure your payments are up to date.
  • Freezing for medical reasons? With supporting evidence, you may be able to freeze at no cost. If something is keeping you from training for a while, a freeze is often a better option than cancelling, so you keep your membership.

For current freeze lengths and options, contact the Help Desk. Full membership terms are in your terms and conditions.
